RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flower,newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Great'O Medical Supply does not accept any returns on furniture, specialty ordered items, items with expiration dates, hygienic/consumable items, prescription, international orders, and items that have been discontinued under any circumstances unless the item was found to be defective.

Unauthorized returns are orders that have been refused or rejected with out prior approval may not be refunded or may be subject to a larger fee. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with unauthorized returns. Great'O Medical Supply will not refund any order refused for non payment and/or tax fees associated with international orders.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@greatomed.com 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Shipping costs will not be refunded even if the order was over $100.
To return your product, contact us at admin@greatomed.com and return address will be set up.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A minimum fee of 20% will be applied for restocking on all returns places under 30 days of purchase. We will not accept returns  after 30 days of shipment arrival. 

All products are to be returned in original packaging with factory warranty cards, manuals and any other factory accessories that were included.

Any defective products must be notified to Great'O Medical Supply within 30 days of receiving the item.

Cancelling Orders

All orders that wished to be cancelled must first contact Great'O Medical Supply via email at admin@greatomed.com and submit a reason for the order being cancelled. Once an order has received a tracking number the order can not be cancelled for any reason under any circumstances. Orders that have been cancelled before the order has received a tracking number may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any orders that have been classified as freight items, specialy items, international orders, or orders made per order may not be cancelled once it has been processed even if the order has received a tracking number.

Returned Payments, Chargebacks, or Credit Card Disputes

Any orders that has been resolved under our policies incurs a returned payment, chargeback or credit card dispute for any reason after the resolution will be subject to a $35.00 charge for each returned payment. The fee will become due at the receipt of notice. Even in cases where the credit card company returns payment does not absolve you from payment of your order and payment must be received immediately. All payments are due at the time of purchasing and failure to do so may result in a delinquency being reported to the major credit bureaus. Interest will be collected at a rate of 2% per month unless that amount surpasses the legal limit to which the correct amount will be collected as interest. All warranties will become null and void. If legal action is necessary to receive payment you will be subject to pay attorney fees, filing charges, court fees, and any other charges associated with efforts to collect payment.

Shipping Policy

Depending on where your order is shipped out of Great'O Medical Supply typically uses UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground Home Delivery and USPS Priority Mail. Because of the possibility or items being shipped from different locations multiple quantities and items may be shipped separately. Shipping rates vary depending on zip codes through out the U.S. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Some items may require lead time or assembly which may take longer to be shipped. Orders placed to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Any orders that require specialy shipping (ex: expedited) need to contact Great'O Medical Supply at admin@greatomed.com. Additional shipping costs may be applied.

Free shipping on orders over $99.00 applies to orders with shipping costs 9.99 and under. Great'O Medical Supply will cover up to $9.99 for orders $99.01 and up. If shipping costs are over $9.99 you will be responsible for the difference. Free shipping on applied to 48 continental states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). Free shipping only applies to standard ground shipping. Freight items do not qualify for free shipping.

Additional freight charges may apply to certain products.

By placing an order if the costs of shipping exeeds $9.99 on orders under $99.00 you authorize additional charge for the remaining balance of the shipping costs. Any incorrect address submitted may inquire correct address charges. Please accept all orders when they are due to be delivered because if the order is returned to sender you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

All shipping estimates are presumed. Orders may take more or less than the time provided.
